I recently made some tags for a Sea themed swap and it just so happens that the themes this month for the
Unruly Paper Art's Readers' Artquest Challenges (RAC's) are Marvelous Mermaids and Beautiful Beach. This tag used a mermaid stamp from Red Lead. In fact, all the stamps and stencils used here are from Red Lead. I also used washi tape, which I love.
